Our Story

Welcome to Cuzin Kitchen, a taste of true authentic Hawaiian cuisine that embodies the heart and soul Hawaii. Born and raised in Enchanted Lake's, our founder, affectionately known as Cuzin Amy, brings a lifetime of culinary passion and cultural heritage to every dish. Growing up canoeing from her house on the lake to swim and play at Kailua Beach Park, Cuzin Amy's, or as most of you refer to her as "Auntie", love for the ocean and the land is reflected in the vibrant flavors of our Asian/Hawaiian fusion creations. With roots in a large, tight-knit family, the spirit of togetherness and hospitality runs deep in our kitchen. We believe in the power of food to evoke joy, so we always cook big meals, ensuring every bite leaves you with a sense of home and happiness. As a family-owned and operated establishment, Cuzin Kitchen is a labor of love, with Cuzin Amy's husband and kids now running the show alongside her. 

From the moment you step in, you become part of our extended ohana.  While our culinary journey started as a dream to open a food truck, we have grown to proudly serve the community from our current location. Yet, our ultimate dream remains unwavering – to share the rich flavors and traditions of Hawaiian cuisine with the mainland, spreading the aloha spirit one plate at a time.
